Cora the cat and OMFG it never gets any easier sending our furry mates on their way. Fucking heartbreaking, only 8 years old and got some sort of neurological issue last night, totally out of nowhere. My daughter got her from a street rescue charity as a 6 week old kitten so she had a lovely time with us but it still really hurts. The vet who came today to help her through was an absolute diamond, so kind.
Sorry to hear. They have such a presence and impact on our lives. I still think about our cat Muffy we lost four years ago all the time.

I’m really sorry. We lost our wee pal Tomika a couple of months back. I was heartbroken, so i really understand your hurt. I feel very lucky to have shared 13 years with her. And I didn’t even like cats. But she loved us and chose us. So who could turn that down.
Amazing animals, it was a Greek holiday that started the journey for my eldest daughter to get a cat when one was hanging out with us in a hotel in Naxos, I resisted but got defeated obviously 
and thank fuck I was.

Oh mate, that is very sad. It’s very hard to go through. We lost my our mate , Monty of 18 years recently. Me and the misses was balling our eyes out when it happened. No kids, so he was bombarded with love. We need a cat thread

you’d be hard-pressed to find a more influential creator in showbiz. no matter what he put out there, there was a sort of gentle, earnest humanity that glowed from the inside. he made truly endearing work. RIP.
