Found Scott Walker 1 -3, but they were worn and unplayable even after a good clean, can’t win them all. There were a lot of unknown 7’s to me in here. Possibly some more euro pressings to come. This guy is a record dealer but I’ve had plenty of bits from him. He used to be 20p a record.

Another bumper weekend digging. Half of these were 50p and nothing over £2. People just wanting rid of stuff without a care for checking what it’s worth.

Had a bit of a rifle through a couple of places in Ramsgate. Would have been nice to have a bit more time as there seems to be a healthy amount of record shops about for some reason.

Only just seen this. Nice haul.

I’m slightly suspicious re the KPM: I normally see one library record and there’s a stack of them! But then I’m out of touch so maybe they’re more evenly distributed these days?

Yes often they do, this one was in with a real jumble of stuff - the person selling it used to work in a charity shop (read into that what you will) … and shes slowly clearing out her house of records. Had a massive stack of Bhangra from her earlier this year.

Some ‘success’ but not quite enough over many weeks. A highlight was a box of 100 promo’s left behind at a promotions company; two sealed copies of the DAF remix and some valuable 12’s even if not to my taste. From less than a quid to three for a tenner, most of the outlay is fuel. The Indian press albums are interesting and sound great, ridiculously scarce to find similar considering the multicultural areas I dig round.
