Favourite Shep Pettibone remixes?

I always thought that could have been better ‘curated’ ( chosen) when it came out

As much as Shep is great there isnt much you can do to Kim Wilds Love Came - Is there ?

Probably v difficult to licence the best

Hi came out as the most wanted interview for DJ history. Bill Brewster (I think) said he is basically impossible to contact and has no interest in the media side.

Yeah some weird ones on there but I assumed the same; that they probably couldn’t get some of them.

This is the most recent interview I’ve seen and it’s a great read.

Remember buying this at Rayners Lane bunking off College, that bassline.

The Decius edit of Shep’s remix of Diana Ross’s Paradise. Big fave.

That is brilliant.

Decius are great, they manage to capture that raw, infectious, exciting feel of early House without sounding dated or a pastiche.

This has been my most played record in my 30 years of DJing and imo the best collection of remixes ever released. Disco/boogie perfection! If you for some bizarre reason don’t own a copy just order it, it’s not even expensive.

Youtube autoplay just served me this monster Dusty Dub. New to me

Some lad on Discogs firmly disagrees. Kind of mad you’d take the time to write this but people have time on their hands, I suppose.

Haha i read that too.

One of my fave Shep Madge mixes. Always amusing to see the ladies get confused thinking they can hear the original coming in
