So predictable. Bandcamp is such a brilliant concept, of course someone had to try and fleece it at some point. I bet loads of the people laid off were there at the start too, working for buttons.

On a similarly depressing note. UMG has bought a large stake (though not a controlling one) of NTS Radio. Call me chicken little but I’m already shuddering at that association…

This was an interesting read with more details. Agreed, a bit disconcerting.
Missed this…way of the world I guess but it’s such an amazing station it would be a real shame if any of its ethos got diluted by that move.
