I mean it’s only cheap because it sold so many copies, but still
I had to look it up on Discogs. It really is the same Culture Beat that evolved musically to produce Mr Vain. Incredible.
Great one. Have heard it before but never knew what it was. I’ve just ordered it along with another quid shitter:

Was going to post this one. Cheapest copy in vg+ less than €1.00 …
Oh! I love that. On the Genius of Time comp. will purchase forthwith
In this trend-driven Shazam obsessed age there are fuckloads of classic records that sell for nothing because the Green Madonna or whomever hasn’t thrown them in a set.
Which is a great thing.
On the B side of ‘Cold Love’. The 7” is a steal at 35 pence.
I know right, i was most disappointed when i looked it up and it wasnt a pound. It must be the larry levan mix that is keeping it up at these astronomical prices!
Could just be!
The Donna Summer post above reminded me of this one, going for 50p.
I did check prices before posting, but I think this thread has caused on a bit of a run on them
Played this one out so many times over the years, dancefloor dynamite.

I hated Modern Romance when I was a kid, then about 15 years ago heard their Salsa Rappsody (Dub Discomix) which is one of (if not the) track/s that got me into the whole Disco Not Disco thing.
After playing Salsa Rappsody (Dub Discomix) for a few years I got more into playing Can You Move which is basically the vocal version of the track.
Edit: I just had a look on Discogs and the average price for this seems to be a fiver now I believe though it is still probably charity shop/boot sale fodder.
So I just had a look on Discogs for the record in my collection that sold for the lowest and the lowest was (and it cant get no lower other than free) this record which once sold for £00.01!
I’ve always thought the track is great.
love this track! I play it whenever I can!
