love this!

I think she died? Did I remember that right?

I have the same 3 minute version as you @jolyon. The full length one is probably my most wanted record.

Yes she died last year

I’ve got the extended version on the CD soundtrack to Clerks 2 but the mastering sucks and it sounds muffled.

I love this song. In the early 2000’s David Arnold did a cool James Bond project and there were two covers of this on there, one was by Leftfield and it’s awesome, the other by Propellerheads inside a major cover of the theme for On Her Majesty’s Secret Service which is all kinds of 2000’s big beat cool. This would fit right in there.

Very timely! Even though the use of the original in that horrible movie recently has made it the new “it” track you hear 3 seconds of before scrolling past the useless video that has nothing to do with music…

Two covers that came into my life lately…

I must have learned about this one from the forum, it feels like it was made for this place.

I didn’t think this was real at first (how could it be?) but it’s real baby. Slow-motion Blue Nile.

You’ll more than likely dig Karen Smith’s cover of the Sylvia classic as well…
