I got into it by sheer chance really via sites like the AOR Disco blog, the weird thing was people showering praise on the people editing the tracks instead of the original producers. my copy of the excellent barney hoskyns book arrived last week. very good primer to the whole laurel canyon scene.

Huge fan of Jonathan Wilson. In fact my wife walked out to the intro of this very record at our wedding and my youngest daughter was born at the exact moment ‘There’s A Light’ played on my phone.

Saw him play in a small room here in Sydney some years ago around the time Gentle Spirit came out. Absolutely amazing live performer and a modern marvel!
