Been a while since I’ve posted one of my productions in this channel, but I am still working on my synth heavy, 90’s ambient and balearic inspired music. This one I’ve recently finished and uploaded to Soundcloud for your listening pleasure.

I’ve been working on this for two years somehow but it’s finally coming out. Comb Versions - Stand (on the word 
). Based around a bossa nova style cover I found, there’s an edit of that on the 12", then I took it in a reggae direction and worked with a few vocalists and musicians for the title track, and learnt about dub production and equipment to do a couple of dub takes that are included. Looking forward to sharing the full thing!

Beta Band are on tour which reminded me of this one… HERE’s an unreleased remix I did of Steve Mason’s ‘Boy’s Outside’ which is like a mellow pop number… He’s got such a brilliant voice. Like a proper soul singer if that makes sense.

Very nice, like a deep take on Fela Kuti. BTW I’ve sampled Femi Kuti for my last tune shared here, but it is a 136bpm powerful club tune.
