Occasioanlly (once every 2 weeks) I am “not allowed to log in from that IP Address”
why is that?
Brexit?
I log in with VPN then turn vpn off and its fine?

I’m getting that message too when I try and login on my phone but still logged in on the iPad ok
Same for me, can’t log in on phone but can on laptop
I had this yesterday. Disconnected from WiFi and retried on mobile data was fine on both after that
It’s possible DNS caching is the issue

Ive had to use a VPN to log in from my phone. Desktop seems OK

When I’ve had this on other sites I’ve turned off iPhone private relay. It’s possible their relay address is being blocked by a firewall.
I’m getting this today as well

If you have an old forgotten password email you can request a new one from that.

Neither have I and I work in tech
If VPN related it shouldn’t impact but something like Cludflare they the hosting company use is the gremlin
We have cloudflare infront of the tp site. It’s a dark art to me. One day I’ll find a web wizard to help me code and fix and make… My friend vinnie is amazing and mucks in but he’s super time poor as he runs the killer geordie soundsystem…
